在乌兰矿利用常规回转钻进工艺施工穿层孔过程中,钻遇硬岩及软硬夹层时,遇到了钻进效率低下问题以及钻孔跑偏现象.将液动潜孔锤应用于煤矿井下穿层孔钻进施工中,使用潜孔锤与球齿钻头的钻具组合,效率较常规回转钻进工艺提高不明显,之后尝试使用了潜孔锤与胎体式冲击型复合片钻头钻具组合,效率较常规回转钻进工艺提高240%,钻孔偏斜也大幅降低.对液动潜孔锤钻进工艺参数进行了分析和计算,并给出了合理的参数匹配建议.

Drilling efficiency is low and borehole deviation happens when encountering hard rock and hard and soft sandwich during drilling through layers hole by conventional rotary drilling technique in Ulan mine.The hydraulic DTH hammer and ball tooth bit BHA is combined in construction,the efficiency does not rise obviously compared to rotary drilling.The hydraulic DTH hammer and impact type matrix PDC bit BHA is grouped afterwards,the efficiency rises by 240%,and borehole deviation slumps.The drilling parameters are analyzed and calculated to offer suggestions of reasonable parameters matching.
