Pension Real estate development has an upward trend in China recently for increasingly serious aging problem and policies on improving service for the elderly. For assisting the pension real estate scientific decision-making,the paper establishes Entropy-TOPSIS model for evaluating the suitability of city pension real estate,and evaluates 30 secondary cities' suitability. The research method and conclusions are helpful for the developers in the practice of pension real estate development.
