根据国家《硫酸工业污染物排放标准》要求,金钼股份通过广泛调研和综合比选,最终采用再生有机胺脱硫技术对硫酸装置尾气进行二次吸收治理,并结合生产实际就工艺流程进行了改进优化,实施后取得了良好效果,最高脱硫效率可达99.76%,为国内现有硫酸装置尾气治理及新建冶炼烟气脱硫装置探索了一条示范途径。

According to the requirements of“Emission Standard of Pollutants for Sulfuric Acid industry”and through exten-sive research and comprehensive comparison ,the renewable organic amine desulfurization technology for secondary absorp-tion sulfuric acid plant exhaust treatment is applied in JDC Company .The optimization process is improved combined with the actual manufacture unit ,good results have been achieved after implementation and the highest desulfurization efficiency can reach up to 99 .76% ,which has developed a demonstration way for the domestic existing sulfuric acid plant exhaust treatment and the newly-built smelting flue gas desulfurization plant .
