采用实验法对拓展训练教学和传统选项班教学的学生进行为期16周的实验,通过数理统计法分析两组实验对象实验前后的体质健康指标数据,旨在了解拓展训练教学和传统体育选项班教学对学生身体素质产生的差异。实验结果表明,进行拓展训练教学的学生除与传统选项班教学学生的肺活量和耐力跑成绩得到提高外,50 m米跑、立定跳远成绩也得到显著进步。但教师应该丰富拓展训练教学的项目,增加发展全身柔韧性的训练内容。教师应纠正学生的审美观念,加强力量训练,灌输练习引体向上的正确方法。

This research is based on a period of 15 week-experiment among the students from two different groups,namely outward bound and traditional class training.Analyze physical health indicators of these two subjects from different groups before and after the experiment through mathematical statistics.This research aims at understanding the different influences of outward bound and traditional class training on students′physical health.Experimental results show that the students from outward bound did better performance in testing their vital capacity and endurance running than those from traditional class training . In addition ,out?ward bound also improved students′ ability in 50 m running and standing long jump performance.But teach?ers should enrich teaching subjects of outward bound,and add some training contents to increase the flexibili?ty of the body.Besides,teachers should correct the students′ aesthetic ideas,strengthen their strength train?ing,and deliver the correct way of doing chin-up exercises to them.
