艾耶尔关于价值没有合理性的“魔咒”,在高校教师评价领域也经常得到验证,许多人怀疑高校教师评价的合理性,评价者、管理者也对评价深感困惑和迷茫。但艾耶尔把价值判断与事实判断完全对立的荒谬性也是显而易见的:价值判断中强调的情感、关系都以客观事实为基础。解开“魔咒”,提高高校教师评价合理性的路径是:凝聚公认的价值观念,确立合适的评价标准;关联价值与事实,充实评价的手段与方法;协调利益关系,促进评价发展。
艾耶爾關于價值沒有閤理性的“魔咒”,在高校教師評價領域也經常得到驗證,許多人懷疑高校教師評價的閤理性,評價者、管理者也對評價深感睏惑和迷茫。但艾耶爾把價值判斷與事實判斷完全對立的荒謬性也是顯而易見的:價值判斷中彊調的情感、關繫都以客觀事實為基礎。解開“魔咒”,提高高校教師評價閤理性的路徑是:凝聚公認的價值觀唸,確立閤適的評價標準;關聯價值與事實,充實評價的手段與方法;協調利益關繫,促進評價髮展。

“Ayer curse”on the value of no reasonable often gets verified in the field of the evaluation of university teachers. Many people doubt the rationality of the evaluation of university teachers. Evaluators and managers are feeling confused and lost to evaluate teachers. But Ayer’s conclusion on the value judgment and fact judgment completely opposing is obvious absurdity that man’s feel stressed in a value judgment and relationship are based on the objective facts. In order to improve the rationality of the evaluation of university teachers,we must conden recognized values,establish suitable e-valuation standards,associate value and fact,enrich the means and methods of evaluation,coordinate the interest relation-ship and promote the development of evaluation.
