采用固相法合成xLiMnPO4·yLi3V2(PO4)3(x/y=1:0、2:1、1:1和1:2)复合正极材料.利用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、恒流充放电测试和循环伏安测试对材料物相、微观形貌和电化学性能进行表征.结果表明,复合材料中LiMnPO4和Li3V2(PO4)3两相共存;在2.4~4.8 V电压范围,随着Li3V2(PO4)3含量的增加,复合材料放电容量逐渐增大.0.1 C倍率下LiMnPO4·2 Li3V2(PO4)3/C的放电容量达到147 mAh g-1.复合Li3V2(PO4)3能显著改善LiMnPO4充放电可逆性.

xLiMnPO4 · yLi3V2(PO4)3(x/y=1:0,2:1,1:1 and 1:2) composite cathode materials were prepared by solid-state method.Crystalline structure,morphology and electrochemical performances of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,charge-discharge tests and cyclic voltammogram measurement.The results indicate that the composites contain both LiMnPO4 and Li3V2(PO4)3 phases.The discharge capacity increases with the increase of Li3V2(PO4)3 content in the range of 2.4-4.8 V. The LiMnPO4·2Li3V2(PO4)3/C delivers a discharge capacity of 147 mAh g-1 at 0.1 rate.The charge-discharge reversibility of LiMnPO4 phase is obviously improved by the composition with Li3V2(PO4)3.
