From the status quo analysis, property vagueness has been playing a significant role in restricting the collective economy on the healthy, sustainable and fast developing way. With the guiding principle of owning because of investing and owning because of labor accumulating, how to define and clear different properties forming on the enterprise development process, probe enterprise property's managing methods under different business operational statuses, in the meantime, propose the innovative and measurable plan to define the employees' individual property by comparing the property defining nominally and veritably in order to solve so-called property trap, define and clear property, establish the modern property system and promote the long-term and sustainable development of collectively-owned enterprises.
