In this paper,analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the joint-stock system of the project and then explains the project implementation process of the joint-stock system,and then as to Nantong Sijian"aobang" project,systematically studies the joint stock system in the construction enterprise project management model. The results show that:practicing Joint-stock project management mode can improve the quality of project management,arouse the staff's initiative,reduce thefinancing cost and risk funds of the construction enterprise, create"harmonious" social relations.
