从业人数和应付职工薪酬可以反映一个地区就业状况和收入水平，是经济普查中的重要指标。根据历次经济普查的经验，部分普查对象在填报这两项指标时容易发生漏报现象，文章根据南京市开展的专项试点情况，对多个行业容易发生漏报的原因进行了分析，并据此提出了相应的建议。

Number of employed persons and employee compensation payable are two important indicators in the economic census,revealing local employment status and income level respectively. Based on the experience of previous economic censuses,some respondents tend to underestimate these two indicators. This paper analyzes the reasons for underestimation in several industries on the basis of pilot investigations implemented in Nanjing and gives some suggestions.
