目的：探讨门诊护理对糖尿病患者的影响和疗效。方法选取在该院治疗后出院的糖尿病患者80例，在他们出院后每月两次进行门诊回访的护理干预，其中包括饮食的控制、运动量的保持、治疗依从性干预等，一年后对干预前后的血糖指标、糖化血红蛋白指标、体重血压等方面进行数据比较分析。结果一年后，患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重、血压指标均有所下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行门诊护理，能够有效地控制患者的血糖、血压和体重，可以使患者形成良好的生活习惯，提高糖尿病的治疗效果。
목적：탐토문진호리대당뇨병환자적영향화료효。방법선취재해원치료후출원적당뇨병환자80례，재타문출원후매월량차진행문진회방적호리간예，기중포괄음식적공제、운동량적보지、치료의종성간예등，일년후대간예전후적혈당지표、당화혈홍단백지표、체중혈압등방면진행수거비교분석。결과일년후，환자적혈당、당화혈홍단백、체중、혈압지표균유소하강，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대당뇨병환자진행문진호리，능구유효지공제환자적혈당、혈압화체중，가이사환자형성량호적생활습관，제고당뇨병적치료효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of outpatient care for patients with diabetes and curative effect. Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients discharged from hospital after treatment in our hospital were selected, after they were discharged twice a month of nursing intervention on outpatient visits, including diet control, exercise, treatment adherence intervention and, after one year before and after the intervention of the indexes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin index, blood pressure, weight and other data comparative analysis. Results After one year, the patients blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, weight, blood pres-sure index decreased, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with diabetes mellitus were out-patient care, can effectively control the patients blood glucose, blood pressure and weight, can make a patient to form good habits, improve the effect of treatment for diabetes.
