目的：探究舒适护理在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果，以便为临床提供指导。方法选取2013年5月-2014年5月该院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者80例，按照护理方法的不同分为两组，每组40例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用舒适护理，观察两组的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组总有效率为97.5%，对照组为85.0%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，且观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论舒适护理在老年2型糖尿病患者中具有较好的应用效果，能够提高患者的护理满意度和临床疗效，值得临床推广。
목적：탐구서괄호리재노년2형당뇨병환자중적응용효과，이편위림상제공지도。방법선취2013년5월-2014년5월해원수치적노년2형당뇨병환자80례，안조호리방법적불동분위량조，매조40례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재차기출상채용서괄호리，관찰량조적호리효과。결과호리후，관찰조총유효솔위97.5%，대조조위85.0%，관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차관찰조적호리만의도명현고우대조조，P<0.05，차이유통계학의의。결론서괄호리재노년2형당뇨병환자중구유교호적응용효과，능구제고환자적호리만의도화림상료효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, in order to provide guidance for clinical. Methods 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from 2013 May to 2014 May in our hospita, according to the nursing method is divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group and the control group using conven-tional care, observation group on the basis of using comfortable nursing, to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After nursing, the observation group, the total effective rate was 97.5% in the control group was 85.0%, total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and nursing satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P<0.05, all statistically significant. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes has good application effect, can improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and clinical curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
