目的 评价开腹经胆囊管行胆总管探查取石的临床意义.方法 回顾分析本院自2010年1月至2012年12月36例胆囊结石合并胆总管扩张或结石病人的临床资料,病人均行胆囊切除及经胆囊管胆总管探查术.结果 36例患者均成功完成经胆囊管胆总管探查或取石术,全组均无严重术后并发症.结论 开腹经胆囊管途径行胆总管探查或取石减少留置T管的痛苦,适合在基层医院开展.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transcytic common bile duct exploration in the management of 36 patients with gallbladder stone and common bile duct stone or cholangiectasis in open surgery.Methods The clinical materials on 36 patients with gallbladder stone and common bile duct stone or cholangiectasis were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2010 to Dec 2012 in our hospital.Results All of the 36 patients underwent successfully transcytic common bile duct exploration stone without any severe complications.Conclusion The therapeutic modality of transcytic common bile duct exploration in the management of the patients with gallbladder stone and common bile duct stone or cholangiectasis in open surgery with choledochoscope could reduce the pain of the patients with T-tube and especially apply to extend in primary hospital.
