目的 探讨层粘连蛋白(Laminin)与Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(Collagen Ⅳ)在宫颈原位癌与微小浸润癌鉴别诊断中的意义.方法 应用免疫组化检测Laminin与CollagenⅣ在宫颈原位癌、微小浸润癌及浸润癌中的表达情况.结果 Laminin与Collagen Ⅳ的表达基本一致,两者在正常宫颈组织基底膜中呈完整连续性;原位癌中基底膜多数是连续性的,但着色深度不规则;微小浸润癌组基底膜呈不连续性,浸润癌组基底膜无着色,完全缺如.结论 Laminin与CollagenⅣ的表达不仅对原位癌与微小浸润癌的鉴别诊断有帮助,而且有助于预测原位癌发展为浸润癌.

ObjectiveTo investigate the significance of laminin and collagen type IV in differential diagnosis between cervical carcinoma in situ and micro invasive carcinoma.MethodsImmunohistochemistry was performed to determine the expression laminin and collagen protein in cervical carcinoma in situ, microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma.ResultsExpressions of laminin and collagen IV located on the basement membrane continuously in normal cervical tissue; their expression is uninterrupted in most the basement membrane of ductal carcinoma in situ, but the color intensity is irregular; in microinvasive carcinoma group, the colouration of basement membrane was discontinuous; basement membrane staining was completely absent cervical cancer group. ConclusionThe expression of laminin and collagen IV could not only help to make diagnosis between carcinoma in situ and micro invasive carcinoma, but also could worked as a forecaster to predict the risk of developing invasive cancer.
