To combine TCM culture resources with digital publication and communication is the inevitable requirement of self innovation and development of TCM culture ,which can come true based upon obtaining the policy support ,establishing TCM cultural resources database ,building compre‐hensive communication channels ,and developing TCM culture industry chain in the era of digital transmission .Its significance is to realize the dissemination subject change in TCM culture ,deeply in‐volved in communication ,integrated with communication technology to bring about the entire trans‐mit of TCM culture ,and to enhance the transmission effect on the self development orientation .
