目的：探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗方案的选择。方法对2008年1月～2014年6月手术治疗且有完整随访资料的281例老年粗隆间骨折所有手术治疗患者的临床资料选择进行分析，并根据Harris评分。结果优良232例，可42例，差7例。优良率82．5％，疗效满意。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗应根据骨折类型进行选择，同时也要考虑患者年龄，骨质疏松程度，手术耐受情况，没有一种适合任何情况下的手术方法。
目的：探討老年股骨粗隆間骨摺的手術治療方案的選擇。方法對2008年1月～2014年6月手術治療且有完整隨訪資料的281例老年粗隆間骨摺所有手術治療患者的臨床資料選擇進行分析，併根據Harris評分。結果優良232例，可42例，差7例。優良率82．5％，療效滿意。結論老年股骨粗隆間骨摺的手術治療應根據骨摺類型進行選擇，同時也要攷慮患者年齡，骨質疏鬆程度，手術耐受情況，沒有一種適閤任何情況下的手術方法。
목적：탐토노년고골조륭간골절적수술치료방안적선택。방법대2008년1월～2014년6월수술치료차유완정수방자료적281례노년조륭간골절소유수술치료환자적림상자료선택진행분석，병근거Harris평분。결과우량232례，가42례，차7례。우량솔82．5％，료효만의。결론노년고골조륭간골절적수술치료응근거골절류형진행선택，동시야요고필환자년령，골질소송정도，수술내수정황，몰유일충괄합임하정황하적수술방법。
Objective To investigate the operation treatment of fracture of aged intertrochanteric choice.Methods In 2008 January~2014 year in June operation and a complete follow-up data of 281 cases of senile intertrochanteric fracture All operation treatment in patients with clinical data were retrospectively, and according to the Harris score.Re-sults Excellent in 232 cases, 42 cases, poor in 7 cases.The excellent and good rate was 82.5%, curative effect satis-faction.Conclusions The femoral intertrochanteric fracture operation treatment should be selected according to the frac-ture type, also want to consider the age of the patients, the degree of osteoporosis, operation tolerance, and no operation method suitable for any situation.
