The integration of college, local government and primary school, a mechanism of cooperative cultiva-tion of excellent rural primary school teachers, should follow the"Trinity and Order Form". The three parties should work together in setting cultivation goals, constructing curricula system and participating in teaching process, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness in the cultivation of rural primary school teachers.
