智慧城市是创新2.0时代的城市新形态,将引领创新2.0时代中国特色的新型城市化之路.但由于受传统投融资体制的制约,智慧城市的发展面临严重的瓶颈制约,导致信息基础设施、智慧交通、智慧产业等重点领域建设滞后,重大项目推进缓慢,严重阻碍了智慧城市建设的进程.在深入分析智慧城市建设中的金融困境及其成因的基础上,提出突破这些金融困境的优化路径.

Wisdom city is 2.0 the city of new form of The Times, innovation would lead innovation 2.0 new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. But due to the restriction of the traditional investment and financing system, the wisdom of the city development face serious bottlenecks, cause the information infrastructure, transportation, wisdom industry in key areas such as construction lag, the major project to promote the slow, seriously hindered the process of the wisdom urban construction. Wisdom city construction in deep analysis of this study, on the basis of the financial predicament and its cause, puts forward the optimized path breakthrough the financial distress.
