针对电液伺服阀的传统设计方法和思路的盲目性,分析了永磁动铁式力矩电机的结构及工作原理,然后根据伺服阀的结构原理对力矩电机、衔铁组件、喷嘴挡板阀、滑阀等进行数学分析,建立了伺服阀的完整数学模型,并根据需要进行相应的简化,最后利用MATLAB软件进行数值求解,研究力矩电机等主要结构参数对伺服阀阶跃响应的影响,获得了伺服阀的完整数学模型,为建模仿真提供了理论依据;通过数值仿真运算,得知在力矩电机的结构参数中,零位气隙长度和永久磁铁导磁系数对伺服阀的瞬态响应及稳定值的影响较大,其余参数的影响也不能忽视,研究工作为力矩电机的设计和伺服阀的优化提供了参考。

Aiming at the traditional design method of electro-hydraulic servo-valve and the blindness of ideas, the structure of permanent magnet moving iron type torque motor and working principle are analyzed.Then, according to the principle of the structure of the servo-valve, the mathematics analysis for torque motor, armature module, nozzle flapper valve and etc.are carried out.The mathematical model of servo-valve is established according to the need for the corresponding simplified.Finally, MATLAB software is used for numerical solution.The influence of the main structural parameter on the response of the servo-valve torque motor step is researched, the complete mathematical model of the servo-valve is obtained, and a theoretical basis for the modeling and simulation is provid-ed.By numerical simulation, it is known that in the structure parameters of torque motor, zero length of air gap and permanent magnet magnetic permeability have a greater impact on the value of the transient response and stability of the servo-valve.The rest of parameters can not be ignored.These works provide a reference for the design and opti-mization of the servo-valve torque motor.
