针对抬动、拨动和旋拧三种动作组合的汽车开关耐久性检测的问题,设计了一种检测试验台,采用伺服电机驱动同步齿形带、丝杆螺母机构实现拨动和旋拧动作,利用直线推杆电机实现抬动。应用CAD/CAM技术、嵌入式技术分别完成了试验台结构和控制系统的设计,实验表明试验台工况良好、检测效率高、可靠性高、操作简单。
針對抬動、撥動和鏇擰三種動作組閤的汽車開關耐久性檢測的問題,設計瞭一種檢測試驗檯,採用伺服電機驅動同步齒形帶、絲桿螺母機構實現撥動和鏇擰動作,利用直線推桿電機實現抬動。應用CAD/CAM技術、嵌入式技術分彆完成瞭試驗檯結構和控製繫統的設計,實驗錶明試驗檯工況良好、檢測效率高、可靠性高、操作簡單。

For the problem of auto switch durability detection ,a test bench is designed which is combined with movements of lifting ,shifting and swirling .Three kinds of switches are used in the synchronous toothed belt ,screw nut and the straight push rod motor to drive .Based on the applica‐tion of CAD/CAM and embedded technology ,the design of structure and control system of test bench is completed through the ARM control system to realize the action detection .Experiments show that the test bench has merits of good condition ,high detection efficiency ,high reliability and simple oper‐ation .
