从福建三都澳网箱养殖患病的大黄鱼脾、肾分离到2株优势菌(H2013032002和 H2013032003),通过人工感染试验证实其为大黄鱼内脏白点病病原,应用API‐20E生理生化和16S rRNA分子系统鉴定,药物敏感试验筛选敏感药物。生化鉴定结果显示2株菌与恶臭假单胞菌和荧光假单胞菌的符合度为75.2%;16S rRN A序列分析结果表明:该2株菌与恶臭假单胞菌同源率高达99.0%,确定这2株菌为恶臭假单胞菌;药物敏感试验表明:病原菌对诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恶喹酸、卡那霉素等4种药物高度敏感。
從福建三都澳網箱養殖患病的大黃魚脾、腎分離到2株優勢菌(H2013032002和 H2013032003),通過人工感染試驗證實其為大黃魚內髒白點病病原,應用API‐20E生理生化和16S rRNA分子繫統鑒定,藥物敏感試驗篩選敏感藥物。生化鑒定結果顯示2株菌與噁臭假單胞菌和熒光假單胞菌的符閤度為75.2%;16S rRN A序列分析結果錶明:該2株菌與噁臭假單胞菌同源率高達99.0%,確定這2株菌為噁臭假單胞菌;藥物敏感試驗錶明:病原菌對諾氟沙星、環丙沙星、噁喹痠、卡那黴素等4種藥物高度敏感。
종복건삼도오망상양식환병적대황어비、신분리도2주우세균(H2013032002화 H2013032003),통과인공감염시험증실기위대황어내장백점병병원,응용API‐20E생리생화화16S rRNA분자계통감정,약물민감시험사선민감약물。생화감정결과현시2주균여악취가단포균화형광가단포균적부합도위75.2%;16S rRN A서렬분석결과표명:해2주균여악취가단포균동원솔고체99.0%,학정저2주균위악취가단포균;약물민감시험표명:병원균대낙불사성、배병사성、악규산、잡나매소등4충약물고도민감。
Two strains of the suspected bacteria ,H2013032002 and H2013032003 ,were isolated from croakers , Larimichthys crocea ,in Sanduao ,Fujian .An artificial infection with the isolates caused the similar white‐spots disease in the fish .Subsequently ,morphological and biochemical tests identified the isolated strains as Pseudomonas putida or P . f luorescent . Then , the 16S‐rDNA sequence analysis showed that the bacteria had a 99.0%homologous rate with P .putida .In addition ,a drug sensitivity test revealed that the two strains of pathogen were highly sensitive to norfloxacin ,ciprofloxacin ,oxolinic acid and kanamycin neomycin .It was ,therefore ,determined that P .putid was likely the culprit that caused the white‐spots disease in croakers .
