针对褐煤对辊成型机的使用工况，设计了褐煤对辊成型机用行星减速器。该减速器选用一级平行轴+两级行星传动结构，将内齿圈与壳体一体化，并采用胀紧套与辊轴联接。此结构减速器尺寸小，重量轻，传动速比大，均载性能好，抗冲击和振动能力强；其设计填补了国内产品的空白，对同类产品的设计具有一定的参考价值。
針對褐煤對輥成型機的使用工況，設計瞭褐煤對輥成型機用行星減速器。該減速器選用一級平行軸+兩級行星傳動結構，將內齒圈與殼體一體化，併採用脹緊套與輥軸聯接。此結構減速器呎吋小，重量輕，傳動速比大，均載性能好，抗遲擊和振動能力彊；其設計填補瞭國內產品的空白，對同類產品的設計具有一定的參攷價值。
침대갈매대곤성형궤적사용공황，설계료갈매대곤성형궤용행성감속기。해감속기선용일급평행축+량급행성전동결구，장내치권여각체일체화，병채용창긴투여곤축련접。차결구감속기척촌소，중량경，전동속비대，균재성능호，항충격화진동능력강；기설계전보료국내산품적공백，대동류산품적설계구유일정적삼고개치。
The planetary reducer for bovey coal roller press was designed against to the working condition of bovey coal roller press. The structure of the reducer is one parallel-shaft +two planetary transmission, internal gear is intergrated with body shell , and reducer couplings with roller with lock sleeve. The reducer in this structure has smaller size, lighter weight, bigger ratio,better shock&vibrate resistance, better load sharing performance. The designing of planetary reducer for bovey coal roller press supplies a gap of domestic production, which gives reference value for the design of homologous reducer.
