根据电机的等效电路和转子损耗原理，设计了电机转子检测的安装工装，从损耗分析的角度提出了电机转子的检测技术和数据处理，对比具体型号转子的合格区设置，对电机拆散件中的转子进行质量把关，希望可以给电机生产企业一些启发。

In accordance to the motor rotor construction and the principle of equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor, the mo-tor rotor installing structure is designed in this article. The rotor test technology and data processing are brought up based on the loss analysis. Comparing with the qualified standard of specific rotors, the quality of rotors in the motor breakup pieces are checked so as to bring some inspiration to the motor manufacturers.
