通过对异步牵引电机固有回馈制动特性的分析,针对电动轮矿用自卸车制动工况的特点,提出了一种机电联合制动控制系统,设计了该系统的程序控制流程图,并对系统的回馈制动功率流进行了分析,结果表明该系统提高了整车制动系统的可靠性和工作效率,为实车设计提供了理论依据和方法参考。
通過對異步牽引電機固有迴饋製動特性的分析,針對電動輪礦用自卸車製動工況的特點,提齣瞭一種機電聯閤製動控製繫統,設計瞭該繫統的程序控製流程圖,併對繫統的迴饋製動功率流進行瞭分析,結果錶明該繫統提高瞭整車製動繫統的可靠性和工作效率,為實車設計提供瞭理論依據和方法參攷。

Through regenerative braking characteristics inherent asynchronous traction motors analysis, and for the electric wheel dump truck braking condition is characterized by proposed a joint electromechanical brake control system designed program control flow chart of the system, and the regenerative braking system, we propose a joint electromechanical brake control strategy, give the program flow chart, the results show that the system improves the vehicle's braking system reliability and efficiency, as the real car designed to provide a theoretical basis and methods for reference.
