为了准确计算刮板放焦机的电机功率,利用粉体力学的浅仓贮料压力公式(朗金公式),对刮板所受的物料压力及物料对托焦板料槽壁的侧压力进行了计算,求出了刮板所受总力,进而结合电机功率的相应公式,计算出刮板放焦机2个电机所需的电机功率,经实例计算分别为1.7 kW、3.7 kW,解决刮板放焦机电机性能过剩的问题。
為瞭準確計算颳闆放焦機的電機功率,利用粉體力學的淺倉貯料壓力公式(朗金公式),對颳闆所受的物料壓力及物料對託焦闆料槽壁的側壓力進行瞭計算,求齣瞭颳闆所受總力,進而結閤電機功率的相應公式,計算齣颳闆放焦機2箇電機所需的電機功率,經實例計算分彆為1.7 kW、3.7 kW,解決颳闆放焦機電機性能過剩的問題。

In order to accurately calculate motor power of the scraper coke machine, using the shallow warehouse storage pressure formula of powders mechanics (Rankine formula), pressure on scraper suffered by material and material pressure on the side wall of the trough are calculated. The total force of the scraper is calculated , and combining with the corresponding motor power formula, the required motor powers of the scraper coke machine’s two motors are calculated. The calculation of examples are 1.7 kW、3.7 kW respectively.The purpose is to solve surplus motor performance of the scraper coke machine.
