介绍了倾斜管桩牵引纠偏的内力弱化技术,为了分析影响牵引纠偏技术的因素,首先拟合现场实测数据得到土层及桩体的合理参数,然后采用数值模拟手段分析了土体弱化深度、纠偏速率及土体性质对纠偏效果的影响。计算结果表明,随着弱化深度的增加桩身弯矩逐渐减小,且最大弯矩所在位置逐渐往桩底移动,当弱化深度为1~3 m,时桩身弯矩的降低最为明显。纠偏速率越大桩身产生的弯矩就越大,速率太小则影响工期,故推荐5 cm /h 为佳。土体强度的提高则会增加桩身弯矩,但是随着土体弱化深度的增加,桩身弯矩的降低程度也较土体强度低的明显。

A technology to release the internal force in order to correct the inclined pile was introduced in this paper.To analyze the impact factors of the correction technology,soil and pile were investigated based on the field testing.Numerical simulation was used to analyze the effects of the release depth,correction rate and soil characteristic.Results show that the moment of pile decreases with the increase of the release depth and the location for the maximum moment gradually moves toward the end of pile.As the releasing depth is set to 1 m to 3 m,the moment reduction is most obvious.A larger correction rate can generate a greater moment,5 cm /h is recommended as an optimal rate.Improving of soil strength can increase the pile moment but with the increase of the release depth,the moment reduction margin is more obvious than the low-strength soil.
