某金矿选矿厂采用一次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选循序返回浮选流程,由于工艺过于复杂,生产操作困难,故对其进行了全浮选流程优化。通过对不同流程方案的对比试验,确定原矿粗磨(磨矿细度-200目占58%)后,经一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选,扫选中矿再磨至-325目占90%后返回至粗选为最佳流程,其闭路试验获得金品位31.52 g/t、回收率85.54%的金精矿,指标比较理想。

A regularly returning flotation flow sheet of once roughing,thrice cleaning and thrice scavenging is a-dopted in a gold mine ore-dressing plant.As its craft is too complex and difficult,the whole flotation flow sheet is opti-mized by experiments.By contrasting different kinds of flow sheet designs, raw ore roughing with the fineness of-200 ym to 58 %turns out to be the best flow sheet.After once roughing,thrice cleaning and thrice scavenging,and the middlings regrinding to the fineness of -325 ym to 90%,the concentrates return to the roughing.The closed cir-cuit obtains gold concentrates with the grade of 31.52 g/t,and a recovery rate of 85.54 %.It gets preferable results.
