针对刮板与槽帮之间的摩擦磨损,设计了一种新的刮板结构。该结构可减小其摩擦磨损,便于刮板转弯;并在此基础上,用压力传感器来实现刮板输送机的故障监测诊断功能,从而提高刮板输送机的工作效率。
針對颳闆與槽幫之間的摩抆磨損,設計瞭一種新的颳闆結構。該結構可減小其摩抆磨損,便于颳闆轉彎;併在此基礎上,用壓力傳感器來實現颳闆輸送機的故障鑑測診斷功能,從而提高颳闆輸送機的工作效率。

A new scraper structure is designed in terms of the friction and wear between the scraper and the groove in the running of the scraper.This structure can reduce the friction and wear and facilitate the turning of the scraper;on this basis, the pressure sensor is to achieve the function of scraper's fault monitoring and diagnosis , so as to improve the efficiency of scraper conveyor.
