针对多电机驱动的带式输送机在负荷变化的情况下极易出现的功率不平衡现象，分析了功率不平衡产生的原因并阐述功率平衡控制的原理，给出了一种基于模糊PID控制的电机功率平衡的策略，Matlab仿真结果表明，在负载变化的情况下此策略有效地保证了各电机的功率平衡。
