探讨高脂血症小鼠血清脂肪酸水平的变化。以高脂血症小鼠为模型,以生化检测指标为基础,通过GC—MS检测技术监测基础组、高脂组及配方油脂干预组小鼠血清脂肪酸的差异。将50只SPF级KM系雄性小鼠随机分为基础组、高脂组、配方油低中高剂量组。连续喂养4周,提取小鼠血清,检测血清生化指标,并使用气相色谱—质谱联用技术检测其脂肪酸的种类与含量。结果表明,成功建立高脂血症小鼠模型,且小鼠血清脂肪酸种类并无差别;而与基础组比较,高脂组C14∶0、C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6的含量有显著性差异;与高脂组相比,配方油组各脂肪酸含量均有不同程度变化,其中C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6的含量变化趋势显著( P<0.05);且不饱和脂肪酸比例在各组之间也有显著性差异。根据GC—MS监测结果可知, C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6三种脂肪酸在各组之间变化显著,与高脂血症代谢异常有关,血清不饱和脂肪酸比例与高脂血症关系密切。
探討高脂血癥小鼠血清脂肪痠水平的變化。以高脂血癥小鼠為模型,以生化檢測指標為基礎,通過GC—MS檢測技術鑑測基礎組、高脂組及配方油脂榦預組小鼠血清脂肪痠的差異。將50隻SPF級KM繫雄性小鼠隨機分為基礎組、高脂組、配方油低中高劑量組。連續餵養4週,提取小鼠血清,檢測血清生化指標,併使用氣相色譜—質譜聯用技術檢測其脂肪痠的種類與含量。結果錶明,成功建立高脂血癥小鼠模型,且小鼠血清脂肪痠種類併無差彆;而與基礎組比較,高脂組C14∶0、C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6的含量有顯著性差異;與高脂組相比,配方油組各脂肪痠含量均有不同程度變化,其中C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6的含量變化趨勢顯著( P<0.05);且不飽和脂肪痠比例在各組之間也有顯著性差異。根據GC—MS鑑測結果可知, C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6三種脂肪痠在各組之間變化顯著,與高脂血癥代謝異常有關,血清不飽和脂肪痠比例與高脂血癥關繫密切。

To explore the differences of serum free fatty acids ( FFA) of hyperlipidemia .Based on the hyperlipidemia model , the biochemical detection index , looking at the differences of serum fatty acids of group , fat group , formula oil low, medium, high dose groups.After continuously feeding four weeks, the serum was taken, the biochemical indexes were detected and the content of fatty acids were detected with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry .The results showed that the model of hyperlipidemia was successfully established and there was no species difference in all these fatty acids .Compared with the basic group , the content of C 14∶0 ,C16∶1 ,C18∶1 ,C22∶6 of high-fat group were significantly different .Compared with the high-fat group, the fatty acid of formula oil groups varied on some degrees, and the diversification of C16∶1、C18∶1、C22∶6 was significantly.The ratio of unsaturated fatty acid was significantly difference between the groups .Based on GC-MS monitoring results, we could know that C16∶1,C18∶1,C22∶6 changed significantly between the groups , and could be related with the abnormal metabolism of hyperlipi-demia , and the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids in serum had a close relationship hyperlipidemia .
