建立了高效液相色谱法( HPLC )同时测定糕点中丙酸钙(钠)、双乙酸钠、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、安赛蜜7种食品添加剂。实验采用苯基柱,以0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾和甲醇为流动相,采用梯度淋洗,不同的检测波长下进行检测。上述7种物质回收率为92.0%—100.0%,相对标准偏差为0.75%—0.97%。
建立瞭高效液相色譜法( HPLC )同時測定糕點中丙痠鈣(鈉)、雙乙痠鈉、脫氫乙痠、苯甲痠、山梨痠、糖精鈉、安賽蜜7種食品添加劑。實驗採用苯基柱,以0.02 mol/L燐痠二氫鉀和甲醇為流動相,採用梯度淋洗,不同的檢測波長下進行檢測。上述7種物質迴收率為92.0%—100.0%,相對標準偏差為0.75%—0.97%。
건립료고효액상색보법( HPLC )동시측정고점중병산개(납)、쌍을산납、탈경을산、분갑산、산리산、당정납、안새밀7충식품첨가제。실험채용분기주,이0.02 mol/L린산이경갑화갑순위류동상,채용제도림세,불동적검측파장하진행검측。상술7충물질회수솔위92.0%—100.0%,상대표준편차위0.75%—0.97%。
A method is proposed for the simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of food additives in pastry , calcium propionate ( sodium propionate ) , sodium diacetate , Dehydroacetic acid , benzoic acid , sorbic acid , sodium saccharin sodium and acesulfame by high performance liquid chromatography .The experiment is accomplished by using phen-yl column with0 .02 moL/L monopotassium phosphate and methanol as mobile phase and gradient elution with tes-ting in different detection wavelengths .The aboving 7 kinds of substances recovery rate ranged from 92 .0% to 101.0%, and the relate standard deviation ranged from 0.75%to 0.97%.
