目的：了解某院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况，为临床经济合理用药提供参考。方法运用回顾性分析的方法收集某院2013年至2014年呼吸内科住院患者使用抗菌药物的相关数据信息，分别对注射和口服抗菌药物的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均用药费用（DDC）、序号比进行计算，分析呼吸内科临床用药情况。结果注射剂以头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类为主，口服制剂以喹诺酮类为主。抗真菌药物和碳青霉烯类药物的DDC较高，而序号比低。结论某院抗菌药物应用基本合理，仍应进一步提高抗菌药物合理使用的水平。
목적：료해모원호흡내과주원환자항균약물적사용정황，위림상경제합리용약제공삼고。방법운용회고성분석적방법수집모원2013년지2014년호흡내과주원환자사용항균약물적상관수거신식，분별대주사화구복항균약물적용약금액、용약빈도（DDDs）、일균용약비용（DDC）、서호비진행계산，분석호흡내과림상용약정황。결과주사제이두포균소류화규낙동류위주，구복제제이규낙동류위주。항진균약물화탄청매희류약물적DDC교고，이서호비저。결론모원항균약물응용기본합리，잉응진일보제고항균약물합리사용적수평。
Objective To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in the department of respiratory medicine in a hospital and provide references for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to collect data of antibiotics used during 2013-2014 in the department of respiratory medicine in a hospital,including injection and oral antibiotics' sales,DDDs,DDC and serial num-ber ratio,in order to analyze the clinical utilization of antibiotics of the department of respiratory medicine. Results The main use of injection antibiotics in the department of respiratory medicine in a hospital were cephalosporins and quinolones,oral antibiotic use were quinolones. Antifungal drugs and carbapenems had high DDC and low serial number ratio. Conclusion The use of antibiotics is reason-able,but still should further improve the level of the rational use of antibiotic.
