目的:建立测定足光散中硼酸含量的高效液相色谱( HPLC )法。方法色谱柱为迪马Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,测定波长为580 nm,柱温为常温。结果供试品溶液主峰的保留时间与对照品溶液主峰的保留时间一致,阴性对照品溶液无相应色谱峰出现。硼酸质量浓度在5.36~214.40μg/mL( r=0.9996,n=3)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为96.10%,RSD=1.02%( n=6)。结论该方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定足光散中硼酸的含量。

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of boric acid in Zuguang Powder by HPLC. Methods The Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, gradient elution used and the detection wavelength was set at 580 nm,the column temperature was normal temperature. Results The test solution peak retention time and peak retention time of the reference solution consistent with the negative control without the corre-sponding peaks. Boric acid was linear within 5. 36~214. 40 μg/mL( r=0. 999 6,n=3),the average recovery rate of boric acid was 96. 10%,RSD=1. 02%( n=6). Conclusion The method is accurate and better repeatable and can be used for the content determina-tion of boric acid in Zuguang Powder.
