提出了基于Profibus_DP 通讯的控制系统。选择具有Profibus_DP 通讯功能的S7-300PLC作为系统的主站,各S7-200PLC从站加装Profibus_DP扩展模块;将828D数控机床的I/O信号对接到S7-200PLC接口上,也通过EM277Profibus_DP实现通讯;在川崎工业机器人上加装板卡,通过Anybus实现机器人与主站的通讯。

Controlling system based on Profibus_DP communication was put forwart. First of all, S7-300PLC was selected by Profibus_DP communication function as the master station , each S7-200PLC from stations to be installed the Profibus_DP extension module; Secondly, I/O signals of the 828D NC machine docking to the S7-200 PLC interface, also through the EM277Profibus_DP to achieve the communication.
