The components of the vocational qualities of college P.E teachers were discussed, including innovative spirit, healthy personality psychology, perfect knowledge structure. And the era feature of the students, the importance of information ability and humanistic literacy were also discussed in this paper. Proposed the specific cultivating methods and ways in order to give reference for the construction and development of college P.E teachers'contingent to help them to be qualified to meet the need of the development of the colleges.
