目的：探讨胃镜下喷洒云南红药治疗胃溃疡伴上消化道出血的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取医院收治的胃溃疡伴上消化道出血患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。两组患者均给予抑酸、补液、补充血容量、抗幽门螺杆菌等常规治疗，对照组患者给予胃镜下电凝止血，观察组患者在此基础上胃镜下喷洒云南红药治疗，随访6个月。。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的85.00%（ P﹤0.05）；观察组止血时间、输血量、住院时间均明显少于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的溃疡愈合率为78.33%，明显高于对照组的53.33%，再出血率为5.00%，明显低于对照组的16.67%，差异均有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者的不良反应均较轻，对症治疗后症状逐渐消失。结论胃镜下喷洒云南红药治疗胃溃疡伴上消化道出血疗效好，安全性高，复发率低，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토위경하분쇄운남홍약치료위궤양반상소화도출혈적림상료효급안전성。방법선취의원수치적위궤양반상소화도출혈환자120례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각60례。량조환자균급여억산、보액、보충혈용량、항유문라간균등상규치료，대조조환자급여위경하전응지혈，관찰조환자재차기출상위경하분쇄운남홍약치료，수방6개월。。결과관찰조총유효솔위95.00%，명현고우대조조적85.00%（ P﹤0.05）；관찰조지혈시간、수혈량、주원시간균명현소우대조조（ P﹤0.05）；치료후，관찰조환자적궤양유합솔위78.33%，명현고우대조조적53.33%，재출혈솔위5.00%，명현저우대조조적16.67%，차이균유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；량조환자적불량반응균교경，대증치료후증상축점소실。결론위경하분쇄운남홍약치료위궤양반상소화도출혈료효호，안전성고，복발솔저，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gastroscopic spraying of Yunnanhongyao in treating gastric ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Totally 120 patients with gastric ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with acid suppression,rehydration,blood supplement,anti-helicobacter pylori and other conventional treatment,the control group were treated by gastroscopic electrocoagulation,and on this basis the observation group were given gastroscopic spraying of Yunnan-hongyao. The two groups were followed up for 6 months. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 00%,which was significantly higher than 85. 00% of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the bleeding stop time,the blood volume and hospital stay of the observation group was significantly less than the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05);the ulcer healing rate in the observation group was 78. 33% ,which was significantly higher than 53. 33% in the control group,and the rebleeding rate in the observation group was 5. 00%,which was significantly lower than 16. 67% in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05). The adverse reactions in the two groups were mild,and the symptoms disappeared after given symptomatic treatment( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Gastroscopic spraying of Yunnan-hongyaofor in treating gastric ulcer with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has good clinical effect and the advantages of high safety with low recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
