目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法：选取我院2013年6月－2015年2月收治的支气管哮喘患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组患者吸入沙美特罗替卡，2次／d，50ug／250ug，观察组患者口服孟鲁司特，1次／d，10mg／次，吸入沙美特罗替卡松，1次／d，50ug／250ug，治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能以及不良反应情况。结果：观察组显效42（84％）例，有效7（14％）例，无效1（2％）例，总有效率98％，对照组显效27（54％）例，有效14（28％）例，无效9（18％）例，总有效率82％，观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者（P ＜0．05），且观察组患者 FVC、PEF 均明显高于对照组患者（P ＜0．05），FEV1明显低于对照组患者（P ＜0．05）。结论：孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘具有良好的临床效果。

목적：탐토맹로사특연합사미특라체잡송치료지기관효천적림상효과。방법：선취아원2013년6월－2015년2월수치적지기관효천환자100례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조50례，대조조환자흡입사미특라체잡，2차／d，50ug／250ug，관찰조환자구복맹로사특，1차／d，10mg／차，흡입사미특라체잡송，1차／d，50ug／250ug，치료후비교량조환자적림상료효、폐공능이급불량반응정황。결과：관찰조현효42（84％）례，유효7（14％）례，무효1（2％）례，총유효솔98％，대조조현효27（54％）례，유효14（28％）례，무효9（18％）례，총유효솔82％，관찰조환자적림상료효명현우우대조조환자（P ＜0．05），차관찰조환자 FVC、PEF 균명현고우대조조환자（P ＜0．05），FEV1명현저우대조조환자（P ＜0．05）。결론：맹로사특연합사미특라체잡송치료지기관효천구유량호적림상효과。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:1 00 cases in our hospital with bronchial asthma in June 201 3 admitted in February 201 5,were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,50 cases in each group,the control group inhaled salmeterol for cards,2 times /d ,50ug /250ug,oral montelukast patients in the observation group,1 /d,1 0mg /times,inhaled salmeterol and fluticasone propionate,1 /d,50ug /250ug, after treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared,lung function,and adverse reactions.Results:The markedly 42 (84%) cases,effective 7 (1 4%)cases,1 (2%)cases,the total efficiency of 98% in the control group that were 27 (54%)cases,effective in 1 4 (28%)cases,9 (1 8%)cases,the total efficiency of 82%,clinical observation group were significantly better than patients in the con-trol group (P <0.05),and patients in the observation group FVC,PEF were significantly higher in patients (P <0.05),FEV1 was signif-icantly lower than the control group patients (P <0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined salmeterol and fluticasone propionate treat-ment of bronchial asthma with good clinical results.
