复杂产品系统具有“双定制”的生产类型、“双寡头垄断”的市场特性、创新用户驱动、多利益主体参与研制等特性，这使得研制过程中面临着不同于大批量生产产品的多种风险，也加大了复杂产品系统创新失败的可能性。在理论回顾的基础上，该文对复杂特性、风险因素与风险后果之间的作用关系进行了深层次的剖析。研究结论一是揭示了复杂特性对风险因素产生了影响，并最终导致了风险后果；二是得出了不同复杂特性对风险因素和风险后果的作用路径不同。

The complex products of system ( CoPS ) has many special characteristic comparing with the batch products, including“double order” in manufacturing,“double oligarch monopoly” in markets, in-novation driven by users, and multi-Stakeholder involved.These special characteristics cause many spe-cial risks during the process of manufacturing of CoPS.Basis on the review of literatures, the paper ana-lyzes deeply the effect of complex characteristics on risk factors and risk results.The result of the paper:1.the paper recovers that complex characteristics can affect the risk factors, and then cause risk results occurring.2.Furthermore, the paper concluded that different characteristics have different effect on risk factors and risk results.
