不同于一般的资源丰裕国家，智利有效规避了“资源诅咒”，实现了经济的持续稳定增长。通过对智利的矿业收益管理进行分析，可以发现一些成功的经验：采取谨慎的财政制度，调控矿产收益的流向；对矿业收益进行共享性分配和透明化管理，增加真实财富的积累；强调产权保护与政府规制，不断提升生产效率；推动产业的多元化发展，保证市场竞争力。这些经验对资源丰裕国家或区域规避“资源诅咒”，实现经济转型，具有重要的借鉴意义。

Chile was different from other countries with abundant natural resources and it escaped the re-source curse and has realized sustainable economic growth.Some successful experiences have been foun-ded by analyzing Chilean mining revenue management: taking cautious fiscal system to control flow of mining revenue;distributing mining revenue for general residents and take transparency management to promote real wealth accumulation;protecting property and taking regulation policies to improve productiv-ity;pushing up economic diversification to sustain market competitive power.The experiences are very useful for the countries with abundant natural resources to escape the resource curse and realize economic transformation.
