目的:对老年股骨转子间骨折合并2型糖尿病与非合并2型糖尿病的患者,经PFNA固定术后并发症对比研究。方法2013年11月—2015年4月,共收治291例经PFNA手术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者,按纳入标准筛选出132例经PFNA手术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的患者(其中62例患者合并2型糖尿病,70例非合并2型糖尿病),对术后并发症、骨折愈合情况进行比较。结果随访时间3~20个月,平均12.6个月。糖尿病组术后并发症比非糖尿病组明显增多。糖尿病组骨折平均愈合时间14.76周,非糖尿病组骨折平均愈合时间12.7周,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并2型糖尿病影响骨折愈合时间及术后并发症发生率增加。

목적:대노년고골전자간골절합병2형당뇨병여비합병2형당뇨병적환자,경PFNA고정술후병발증대비연구。방법2013년11월—2015년4월,공수치291례경PFNA수술치료노년고골전자간골절환자,안납입표준사선출132례경PFNA수술치료노년고골전자간골절적환자(기중62례환자합병2형당뇨병,70례비합병2형당뇨병),대술후병발증、골절유합정황진행비교。결과수방시간3~20개월,평균12.6개월。당뇨병조술후병발증비비당뇨병조명현증다。당뇨병조골절평균유합시간14.76주,비당뇨병조골절평균유합시간12.7주,량조간비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론합병2형당뇨병영향골절유합시간급술후병발증발생솔증가。
Objective To study the complications of the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture combined with type II diabetes and non combined type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 132 cases in our hospital by PFNA treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture the patients (including 62 patients with type II diabetes and 70 patients with type II diabetes). The postoperative complications, fracture healing were compared. Results The follow-up time from 3 to 27 months, an average of 14.6 months. Postoperative complications: the diabetic group was significantly increased compared with the non DM group. The average healing time of fracture in the diabetic group was 14.76 weeks, and the average heal-ing time was 12.7 weeks. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Com-bined with type II diabetes mellitus affects the fracture healing time and the incidence of postoperative complications.
