普通话是国家的通用语言，提高新疆少数民族教师的普通话水平对新疆的普通话普及具有极为重要的作用。通过对新疆师范大学2014级少数民族双语培训班的36位学员进行调查，结果表明：自我普通话水平评估略高，且普通话水平参差不齐；场合越正式，使用普通话的几率越高；学校是普通话学习主阵地，最大学习困难是语言环境缺失；对普通话教学持乐观态度，对普通话的地位及推广有较正确的认识。
보통화시국가적통용어언，제고신강소수민족교사적보통화수평대신강적보통화보급구유겁위중요적작용。통과대신강사범대학2014급소수민족쌍어배훈반적36위학원진행조사，결과표명：자아보통화수평평고략고，차보통화수평삼차불제；장합월정식，사용보통화적궤솔월고；학교시보통화학습주진지，최대학습곤난시어언배경결실；대보통화교학지악관태도，대보통화적지위급추엄유교정학적인식。
Putonghua is the national common language,so improving ethnic minority teachers’Putonghua in Xinjiang has a great significance in popularizing Putonghua in Xinjiang. In the present study we investigate 36 students of 2014 ethnic minority bilingual training class in Xinjiang Normal University. Results shows that:self level assessment of Putonghua is slightly higher,and Putonghua level uneven;the more formal occasions are,the higher usage rates of Putonghua is;school is primary place for learning Putonghua;the main difficulty in Putonghua learning is the lack of language environment;the attitude to Putonghua teaching is optimism;they have a correct understand-ing of the status and popularization of Putonghua.
