钻式采煤机是一种用于薄与极薄煤层的开采设备,螺旋钻杆是钻式采煤机传递动力、输送煤炭的重要部件,其设计强度和使用性能是影响钻式采煤机工作性能的主要因素。为了实现钻式采煤机螺旋钻杆的参数化设计,在分析煤块颗粒与螺旋叶片之间动力学关系的基础上,得到螺旋钻杆主要参数及设计公式,并结合参数化设计方法,利用DriveWorks Solo软件编写设计程序,建立用户界面以实现螺旋钻杆的自动装配、干涉检查以及间隙验证,最终得到不同参数系列的螺旋钻杆三维模型。对螺旋钻杆进行参数化设计缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率,有利于实现螺旋钻杆产品系列化。

Drill type coal mining machine is the mining equipment used for a thin and very thin seam. Spiral drill pipe is the important part of the drilling shearer to realize the function of power transmission and transportation of coal. The design strength and service performance are the main factors that affecting the performance of the drill type coal mining machine. In order to achieve the parametric design of the spiral drill pipe, the main parameters and design formula of the spiral drill pipe are derived based on the kinematics and mechanics analysis of the coal particle. And combined with the method of parametric design, write the main parameter calculation formula program by using the software of DriveWorks Solo. The establishment of user interface to realize the automatic assembly, interference check and clearance verification of spiral drill pipe. Finally, different parameters series of spiral drill pipe 3D models are built. The design cycle of the spiral drill pipe is shortened by using the method of parametric design, and the design efficiency is improved. It is conducive to realize the product series of the spiral drill pipe.
