由于煤矿井下带式输送机工作环境条件恶劣，容易出现各种事故，如不及时发现会造成重大损失。针对这个问题，研究并设计了一种矿用带式输送机巡检机器人系统，介绍了带式输送机巡检机器人系统的组成和功能，论述了巡检机器人装置的结构设计和数据采集方法，该系统可代替人工巡检，及时发现故障隐患，减轻巡检人员的负担，为带式输送机安全生产提供可靠保障。

Due to the poor working conditions of coal mine belt conveyer, accidents can happen easily, if the accidents are not found promptly which will result in significant losses. To solve this problem, this paper researches and develops a system of belt conveyor inspection robot used in coal mine, introduces the system composition and function of belt conveyer inspection robot, and discusses the structure design and data collection methods of inspection robot device in detail. This system can replace manual inspection, discover the hidden fault, ease the burden of inspector, provide a reliable guarantee for the belt conveyor production safety.
