液氨库是涉氨制冷企业重要的生产设施,若一旦发生泄漏可能引起人员的中毒、冻伤和火灾爆炸等事故的发生。本文通过对某涉氨制冷企业液氨库危险有害因素的分析及重大危险源的辨识,采用LEC法和蒸气云爆炸模型、莱克霍夫计算公式、有毒气体中毒模型进行了定量分析评价,并提出了相应的安全对策措施。

Liquid ammonia warehouse is an important production facility of ammonia refrigeration enterprises. The workers will be poisoned and frostbitten, and the fire-explosion accidents will happen when liquid ammonia leaks. The hazards and harmfulness were analyzed, the major hazard sources in ammonia refrigeration enterprises were identified. The risk of liquid ammonia warehouse was quantitatively analyzed and evaluated by using LEC method, steam cloud explosion model, Lake Hoff formula and poisonous gas poisoning model. The related safety countermeasures were presented.
