针对低刚度细长轴在加工过程中因切削力而产生的变形尺寸误差,文章设计了一种以切削液为介质的射流作为细长轴车削的随动柔性辅助支撑新的加工方法。最后,对细长轴在有无水射流辅助支撑作用下进行了实验对比分析。结果表明,水射流辅助支撑可很好的减小细长轴加工误差,为提高细长轴的加工质量提供理论指导。

For the rebound deformation error of low stiffness elongate shaft generated by the cutting force during the process of cutting, a new machining method is proposed which is using the jet to work as flexible supportor for slender shaft turning. Finally, experiments on the slender shaft in anhydrous jet assisted support are carried out and compared and analysed. The results showed that, water jet assisted support can well re-duce the machining error of slender shaft, providing theoretical guidance to improve the quality of the slen-der shaft.
