美国一流大学注重提升研究生的创新实践能力，积累了丰富的经验：基础课程与跨学科课程并重，教学活动与科研培养结合，培养专业兴趣与探索精神，注重学校与企业界合作。文章结合国内高校在研究生培养方面的缺失，认为国内研究生应加强基础课程，增加交叉课程，重视创新方法的教育，改变教育观念，营造创新氛围，校企联动务实，加强实践能力。

The world-class universities in America emphasize the improvement of postgraduate ’ s innovative and practical a-bility and accumulate rich experience and practical measures , such as equal emphasis on basic and interdisciplinary cour-ses, the integration of teaching activities and scientific research , the cultivation of professional interest and exploring spirit and the cooperation of universities and enterprises .According to those measures and the deficiency of our universities , it is necessary for us to strengthen the basic courses and add interdisciplinary courses , to change teaching methods and empha-size innovation , to change educational ideas and create innovative atmosphere and to enhance the cooperation of universities and companies and improve the practical ability .
