目的:测定川续断皂苷Ⅵ和川续断总皂苷的含量,探讨不同产业化加工工艺对川续断质量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别对不同片型和不同干燥温度加工的续断饮片中川续断皂苷Ⅵ和川续断总皂苷的含量进行测定。结果切4 mm的续断片,50℃烘干后,川续断皂苷Ⅵ及川续断总皂苷的含量均高于其他加工工艺所得饮片。结论为保证续断饮片的质量,确定了切制片型厚度和烘干温度等工艺参数。

목적:측정천속단조감Ⅵ화천속단총조감적함량,탐토불동산업화가공공예대천속단질량적영향。방법채용고효액상색보법화자외분광광도법분별대불동편형화불동간조온도가공적속단음편중천속단조감Ⅵ화천속단총조감적함량진행측정。결과절4 mm적속단편,50℃홍간후,천속단조감Ⅵ급천속단총조감적함량균고우기타가공공예소득음편。결론위보증속단음편적질량,학정료절제편형후도화홍간온도등공예삼수。
Objective To determine the content of akebia saponins Ⅵ and total saponins,and to investigate the industrialization of different processing technology on the quality of Radix Dipsaci. Methods The content of akebia saponins Ⅵ and total saponins of dif-ferent type and different drying temperature processing of Radix Dipsaci decocting pieces were determined by HPLC and UV spec-trophotometry. Results By cutting 4 mm fragment and drying at 50 ℃,the content of akebia saponins Ⅵ and total saponins were higher than other processing technology slices. Conclusion The cutting production process parameters such as thickness and drying tem-perature are determined to ensure the quality of Radix Dipsaci decocting pieces.
