针对目前公路和城市桥梁在建成后存在部分构件不可到达、检查困难、无法更换等检修方面的难题，在对桥梁检修条件现状调研的基础上，对斜拉桥、拱桥、梁桥等主要形式的桥梁在检修设施条件方面存在的问题进行梳理，从全寿命管理的角度提出桥梁检修设计的主要内容及基本原则，并给出各类桥梁巡检通道设计、非永久性构件可更换设计及结构安全永久性观测点设置的建议。
針對目前公路和城市橋樑在建成後存在部分構件不可到達、檢查睏難、無法更換等檢脩方麵的難題，在對橋樑檢脩條件現狀調研的基礎上，對斜拉橋、拱橋、樑橋等主要形式的橋樑在檢脩設施條件方麵存在的問題進行梳理，從全壽命管理的角度提齣橋樑檢脩設計的主要內容及基本原則，併給齣各類橋樑巡檢通道設計、非永久性構件可更換設計及結構安全永久性觀測點設置的建議。
침대목전공로화성시교량재건성후존재부분구건불가도체、검사곤난、무법경환등검수방면적난제，재대교량검수조건현상조연적기출상，대사랍교、공교、량교등주요형식적교량재검수설시조건방면존재적문제진행소리，종전수명관리적각도제출교량검수설계적주요내용급기본원칙，병급출각류교량순검통도설계、비영구성구건가경환설계급결구안전영구성관측점설치적건의。
Aiming at existing highway and urban bridges’deficiency of examinability,repairability and replaceability,the problems and insufficiency of inspection and maintenance facilities on main type of bridges, such as cable-stayed bridge,arch bridge and beam bridge,had been summed up systematically based on a present situation investigation.The main content and basic principal of bridge inspection and maintenance design are proposed from the lifecycle management perspective,some concrete suggestions on bridge inspection and maintenance design are also been put forward,including the design of maintenance passage,non-permanent component and permanent observation points.
