为了改进煤矿视频监控系统的图像差的问题,提出了一种新型的图像增强方法。在一个滤波窗口内的4个特定方向各自求中值,对4个方向中值组成的集合求均值,把均值作为滤波窗口中心像素点的值,合成新的图像。仿真结果表明,在噪声较小的情况下,该算法的滤波效果优于传统自适应中值滤波,且更好地保护了图像的细节,提高了煤矿视频监控系统的安全监督性能。

In order to improve the image of poor mine problem of video surveillance systems, we propose a new method for image enhancement. first, the four specific direction of a filter window calculate the median respectively, and a collection of values in the four directions calculate the average, then the average as the value of the center pixel in the filter window, synthetic the new image. Simulation results show that the noise is small, the filtering effect of the algorithm is superior to the traditional adaptive median filter, and protect the detail of inage better, improving the performance of coal mine safety supervision and monitoring system of video system.
