目的：探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性。方法对老年2型糖尿病分别给予甘精胰岛素和甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗，观察其治疗效果和分析用药安全性。结果两组在血糖控制时间、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素用量、空腹C肽和低血糖反应等方面进行比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病，能明显加快血糖达标速度，平稳有效降低血糖，减少胰岛素的用量，降低治疗风险，促进患者恢复。

목적：탐토감정이도소연합아잡파당치료노년2형당뇨병적료효화안전성。방법대노년2형당뇨병분별급여감정이도소화감정이도소연합아잡파당치료，관찰기치료효과화분석용약안전성。결과량조재혈당공제시간、공복혈당、당화혈홍단백、이도소용량、공복C태화저혈당반응등방면진행비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론사용감정이도소연합아잡파당치료노년2형당뇨병，능명현가쾌혈당체표속도，평은유효강저혈당，감소이도소적용량，강저치료풍험，촉진환자회복。
Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes from treatment by use of in-sulin glargine combined with acarbose. Methods The elderly type 2 diabetes were treated with insulin glargine and insulin glargine combined with acarbose therapy. Then observe the curative effect and analysis of drug safety. Results The time in glycemic control, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin aspect, the amount of insulin, fasting C-peptide and hypo-glycemia were compared, P <0.05, it is of statistically significant. Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with acarbose treatment for type 2 diabetes can significantly accelerate the speed of blood glucose, reduce blood sugar steady, reducing the amount of insulin, reduce treatment risks and promote patients’ recovery.
