通过分析薄壁内腔细长轴零件的加工工艺,找出加工过程中震颤、刚性差、易弯曲变形等问题,采用改变刀具几何角度、控制切削用量、增加辅助夹具加强细长轴刚性的工艺措施,实践中解决了在细长轴上加工薄壁内腔时刚性差的难加工问题。在实际生产中应用此法保证了细长轴薄壁内腔加工精度和表面质量,同时还大大提高了加工效率。
